How to Access & Customize Lead Conversion Mapping in Vryno CRM
Step 1: Login to your Vryno CRM account
Step 2: Click on your Profile & Go to Settings
Step 3: Under Customizations, Click on Modules & Fields
Step 4: Under Leads, access the Dropdown next to the Edit Button & Click on Mapping
Step 5: You've reached the Lead Conversion Mapping page, here you can map each field in the Leads Module to fields of the same type in Contacts, Organizations, & Deals module
Step 6: Once done, Click on Save
